He started Company in the year 1979 after completing his Civil engineering from K J Somaiya College of Engineering in 1978. Under his leadership, the Company won the prestigious contract for construction. His entrepreneurial acumen and vision has taken the Company to new heights.
NIMISH H. PATEL
Mr. NIMISH H. PATEL is the Promoter of the company. He is Young and dynamic; Drives the Real Estate Business Development & Marketing. With passion for design, he is deeply involved in various design and interior aspects of the projects. Mr. Patel has also pursued his Msc Banking and Finance degree from Middlesex University London. With his originality in the architecture of the buildings, proficiency of the industry and headship knacks the company targets to accomplish new altitudes in the real estate.
KALPESH PATEL
Mr. KALPESH H. PATEL is the Promoter of the Company. He has been associated with the company. He has executed varied projects and has 12 years of experience of working in the construction industry. His leadership skills have enabled the company to execute complex projects successfully.
